    16B Keypad The station 16B keypad is a multifunctional device that is used to manage the flow of customers in an assigned queue or in assigned queues. This type of keypad is used when its functions are necessary, and for security reasons it is not possible to use a computer with a keypad application at the workplace. The 16B keypad has three versions. The first connects to the AKIS Technologies QM server via TCP / IP, the second connects to the AKIS Technologies QM server via CAN / LAN, the last connects via CAN.
